FAQ
For how long will my ticket be valid?
Your ticket is valid for both days of the show, though most people find that attending for just one day is sufficient.
I have purchased tickets, but never received them. What should I do?
If you have purchased tickets, but not received them, then please contact Customer Services –
info@edpltd.co.uk with the name of the show, full names of all ticket holders, and the email address you used when purchasing your ticket and they will contact you directly.
I am having difficulty purchasing my tickets. What should I do?
If you’re experiencing difficulty purchasing your ticket(s) through our website, there are three general reasons that may apply:
- Temporary errors – If you receive an error screen, it is likely that there is a temporary error with the system. Try to purchase your tickets again the following day.
- Declined credit card – A ‘declined’ response is generated by your bank and cannot be altered by our systems. To resolve this error, please contact your bank directly.
Advance purchase of tickets to Canada Live! is only available with a credit card. We cannot accept bank transfers, Western Union, cash or cheque in advance.
Can you help me get a visa to work in Canada ?
As we are not an emigration agency, we are unfortunately unable to assist with specific visa enquiries. However, at the show you will have the opportunity to meet with immigration consultants who can assist you with specific visa queries.
